Spencer is the biological daughter of Mary Drake and Peter Hastings, step-daughter/adoptive daughter of Veronica Hastings, niece of Jessica and Kenneth DiLaurentis, half-sister of Melissa Hastings, Jason DiLaurentis and Charlotte DiLaurentis, twin sister of Alex Drake, Half-Sister-in-law of Ian Thomas and half-aunt of a deceased uborn child.
Spencer is a member of the Drake Family and the Hastings Family. She is a member of the Cavanaugh Family by being engaged to Toby Cavanaugh. She is also one of The Liars.
